Unable to access the General Settings Page

If you are unable to access your AirCastPro's General Settings page please follow the below steps. The most common reason for this you are not connected to AirCastPro's wifi access point or there is an issue with your web browsers cache.

  • Verify you are connected to the AirCastPro wifi access point

  • Open a private or incognito browser window or tab. See the below link for instructions on opening a private browser window on iPad:

  • In the address bar enter 192.168.4.1 or click on the link below
