If you experience issues connecting AirCastPro 3 to your iPhone or iPad hotspot, try the following:

  • In Settings > Personal Hotspot, turn on "Maximize Compatibility".
  • Simplify your hotspot SSID: try using a name that does not contain spaces or special characters.
  • Simplify your hotspot Password: try using a password that does not contain spaces or special characters.

Also note that you can connect your iPad/iPhone to AirCastPro 3 using your USB charging cable. You will need to enable your "Personal Hotspot" on your iPad /iPhone to tether with USB.
