Getting mDNS Resolution to work on Windows
If you are having trouble connecting to AirCastPro using the http://AirCastPro.local address with your Windows web browser, there are a couple of ways to fix this.
iTunes installs Apple's Bonjour for mDNS resolution with iTunes.
If you don't want to install iTunes, you can install just Apple's Bonjour on its own.
It is recommended to reboot your PC after installation. you should be able to resolve local domains on your network, such as http://AirCastPro.local
