- Select Auto-Join Hotspot.
- Set this to Never.
Step 5: Access AirCastPro Settings
- Open a web browser and go to:

This will open the AirCastPro General Settings page, where you can view printer status, adjust settings, and manage your network.
Confirm Printer Detection
Your printer should appear twice:
- One printer for 4x6 prints
- One printer for 2x6 strips, when using 4x6 media

Step 7: Connect to the Internet
If you need internet access for text messaging or other features, open General Settings (see Step 5), then select Menu > Network Settings > Wi-Fi to connect AirCastPro to an external hotspot.
This step is optional. Internet access is not needed to print with AirCastPro.
Venue Wi-Fi often blocks device-to-device communication and can prevent printers from appearing or cause printing to stop unexpectedly during an event.

Step 8: Shutdown AirCastPro 3
- When you are ready to power down, open the AirCastPro General Settings page.
- Click the circle icon at the top right of the page.

Unplugging AirCastPro 3 without shutting it down properly can lead to system issues or corrupted settings.
