AirCastPro 3 with Booth.Events
Use the steps below to print with your AirCastPro 3 using Booth.Events.
Step 1: Launch Your Event
- Open Booth.Events and launch your event.
Step 2: Add a Printer
- On the black Event launched screen, locate Printers.
- Select Add.
Step 3: Select Your AirCastPro Printer
- Select your AirCastPro printer and the appropriate print size.
Your AirCastPro printers will appear as multiple printer options for different print sizes or configurations.
For example:
- DNP_DS620
- DNP_DS620_2x6-2
Unless you are printing a single 2x6 strip, add both the 4x6 and two 2x6 strip AirCastPro configurations as 4x6 printers in Booth.Events.
Printing Both 4x6 Photos and 2x6 Strips: Be sure to add both the 4x6 and 2x6 AirCastPro printers to your event.
Important: Printing a single 2x6 strip is not recommended because it creates paper waste and uses the same amount of ribbon as printing two 2x6 strips.
Step 4: Assign Templates to Each Print Size
If your event includes multiple print sizes:
- Return to the Event Launched screen.
- Select the gear icon.
- Scroll to the bottom of the settings screen.
- Select the templates that correspond with each print size you are using.
Step 5: Save Your Printer Settings
- Select OK to save your settings.
No Printers Detected?
If no printers are detected, make sure your iPad is connected to the AirCastPro hotspot.
